Service Description

Three sessions 45-60 minutes We all take for granted our wonderful bodies that are working hard for us every single day to keep us as balanced as possible. Start getting your body and mind reconnected with this three session package deal. In these online sessions via Zoom, we will review your intake form and as this is going to be our “baseline” which we can refer back to track your improvements/progress. Many times the changes are subtle and it’s not until we look at this session that you will realize the shifts and progress that you are making. This is a safe space for you to share your story, I want to hear your story because this is a big piece of why you are coming here to heal. After we discuss your intake form we will have the rest of the session with you in a comfortable room in your home where you will not be disturbed. Payment: Sessions are prepaid via my website or e-transfer when you book your session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Since our time together is valuable, a minimum of two business day’s notice is required for cancellations. Less than two business day’s notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. With more than two business day’s notice, you may reschedule your session for another date/time. Thank you for respecting this policy.
