In this modern, fast paced world the cards are stacked against you to effectively deal with your stress and maintain a healthy nervous system. Whatever is creating the imbalance in your body and/or mind has to do with your nervous system. Reset your nervous system with some support follow up. Stress is attributed to 90-95% of all health issues. The most effective way to manage your stress is to understand a little bit about your nervous system. This way you can begin to understand when something is charging you (your nervous system) up. You will learn the essential basics of how your nervous system works, I explain it to you like I would to my Grandmother! You will learn some easy 5 minute de-stressing techniques that you can apply to your day to day experiences to use in between the three sessions and they will be yours to keep. This is for you if you are ready to make some small and manageable lifestyle changes to support your nervous system health and build resilience to better handle the curve balls life can unexpectedly throw at you. The package includes three BodyIntuitive Sessions. You will come away feeling lighter and have tools to use whenever you need them. Nervous system health is just as important as mental health! Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Since our time together is valuable, a minimum of two business day’s notice is required for cancellations. Less than two business day’s notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. With more than two business day’s notice, you may reschedule your session for another date/time.
