Three sessions 45-60 minutes This is for you if you are wanting a reset of your nervous system with some support follow up. Stress is attributed to 90-95% of all health issues. In order to manage our stress, we need to understand a little bit about our nervous system. This way we can begin to understand when something is charging us (our nervous system) up. You will learn the basics of how your nervous system works. You will learn some easy de-stressing techniques that you can apply to your day to day experiences to use in between sessions. This package also includes three BodyIntuitive Sessions. You will come away feeling lighter and have tools to use whenever you need them. Nervous system health is just as important as mental health! This is for you if you are ready to make some small and manageable lifestyle changes to support your nervous system health. In this modern, fast paced world the cards are stacked against us to maintain a healthy nervous system. Let's get your nervous system recalibrated! Payment: Sessions are prepaid via my website or e-transfer when you book your session.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Since our time together is valuable, a minimum of two business day’s notice is required for cancellations. Less than two business day’s notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. With more than two business day’s notice, you may reschedule your session for another date/time.
