Service Description

In 20 minutes, get your nervous system reset and gently shift some of the negative emotions and energy out of your body while clearing your mind. Enjoy the rest of your day with renewed energy. This is a wonderful way to dip your toe into the world of mind-body medicine! Payment: Sessions are prepaid via my website or e-transfer when you book your session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Since our time together is valuable, a minimum of two business day’s notice is required for cancellations. Less than two business day’s notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. With more than two business day’s notice, you may reschedule your session for another date/time.
